3-Step-Guide to Educate Children On What God Wants-GUEST POST

Capture3-Step-Guide to Educate Children On What God Wants: Scriptures For Kids

We’re living in a world where people and governments are changing constantly trying to determine what is right and wrong. It’s true and inevitable that we live in a diverse generation. However, the more complicated things get, we often forget about the things that really matter. Let’s remember that God doesn’t change.

Teaching our kids the Scripture allows us, parents, to be constantly reminded of His promise and love for us. This is a great time for us to focus on teaching and practicing three important scriptures to build their foundation. Memory verses are a great way for kids to learn about God’s message to us. It would be more awesome if we can enable them to plant a solid foundation in God’s teachings through constant practice of the following:

1 Ten Commandments

The Ten Commandments come in two parts Commandments 1-5 is about loving God and 6-10 is about loving others. We don’t only discuss the Ten Commandments as a set of rules. We also need to teach our children how God saved the Israelites from the Egyptian slavery. God wants us to live harmoniously with Him and other people. Thus, He gave us the Ten Commandments to follow in order to show our love for Him and others. Even Jesus made an emphasis on the importance of God’s law by telling us to love one another as God has loved us.

2 Beatitudes

The Beatitudes mention virtues which can be beneficial for kids to be able to actually know how Jesus wants people to behave without limiting growth. It teaches us how to remain humble, generous, and spread love for our brothers and sisters – to name a few. The Beatitudes can prove that our problems and hardships are temporary. There are things to keep in our hearts, even in the darkest moments. There is also a number of awesome blessings that we get from behaving in accordance to Jesus teachings.

3 Psalms 23

Kids will certainly love this since this passage is a great way to build their trust in Jesus by visualizing Him as a shepherd and we are his flock of cute little sheep. Through this passage kids will understand that there’s really nothing to fear as long as we stay in His presence. Leaning on His mighty power and everlasting love will show us that God indeed loves us all despite who we are. Most of us have instilled in our child the assurance that we’re committed to protecting and providing them with their needs and wants. As our kids grow up, we also learn that there’s an ultimate God who’s the most powerful among any parents. Knowing this, we have to build into our children that they need to lean into God and into His words. This verse is a perfect model to depict His love for us.

Now that we’ve some guides to begin with, we’ve to make sure that reading’s fun. We can use examples of daily activities in school or at home to which our kids can easily relate to. Let us refer to these beautiful words about their experience, challenges, and success.

Christian Prayer: Conversing with God- GUEST POST

Christian Prayer: Conversing with God

1

Prayer is how we grow in our knowing of who God is and what He wants from us. Relationships are built upon interaction. If we cannot spend time with someone, then growing close to that person becomes difficult.

Christian prayer is that spending time with God so that we can know Him more and share our heart with Him as we show ourselves to Him in an honest and transparent way. Simply put, prayer is conversing with God.

Many people are intimidated by prayer. What do I say to God? How do I do this thing called prayer? What if I get it wrong? I have not done this much. This is uncomfortable.

The best way to grow in our relationship with God is by praying. As you pray to God you will quickly become more comfortable and will realize the incredible value of connecting with God through daily prayer.

Fortunately, Jesus gives us a lesson on effective prayer. As part of the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus instructs us on what to say when we pray, what attitude we ought to have, and what to expect. The Lord’s Prayer, a tutorial on christian prayer, is found in Matthew 6:5-15. Here we learn much from Jesus’ short lesson on prayer.

First, when we speak with God we need to remember to whom we are speaking with. We can address God as “our Father” because He is our loving, gracious Father. In Christ, we do not have a distant relationship with God but one that is intimate and connected. He is not the God who is way off. He is the God who is our Father, concerned and interested in our lives. But, even though He is our Father in heaven, He is still God. He is the almighty creator, the everlasting supreme being, the sovereign Lord. He deserves respect, honor, worship, and praise. He is God whose name is holy and should be “hallowed” as Jesus teaches us to address God.

Second, when we pray, we must acknowledge that God is sovereign which means it is His plan that we want to see unfold in our lives. Simply put effective prayer desires to align our hearts with what He is wanting to do in us and in the world. Jesus prays for God’s kingdom to come and God’s will to be done. Ultimately, we want to see what God wishes to accomplish here on earth.

Third, when we pray, we can lay out our heart’s desires and needs before Him by asking for our daily bread and prayers for health. We can be honest about our sins, asking His forgiveness for everything we have done wrong. And we can also ask Him to keep us from falling into more sin.

We, through all our prayers, are connecting our hearts with God’s heart. While conversing with God, we also need to take time to listen to His spirit impressing upon our hearts.

Demystify the Lies About God’s SOVEREIGNTY and Your Authority

Demystify the Lies About God’s SOVEREIGNTY and Your Authority

TRUTH: God made the earth and gave it to man. He said rule, subdue and have authority over ALL the earth. God has made known His will.

Sickness, poverity, fear, lack, and death are an enemy and we have authority over all the power of the enemy.
Every thing that is not God’s will He gave us authority and told us to cast it out, and rule over it.

SCRIPTURE: God is not a man that He would lie.
Here is how He gave authority to man. WE are now responsible to subdue everything.

1. GOD gave man all authority and TOLD THEM TO: rule, subdue and have authority (Gen 1:26-28)

2. You can have what you say. (what YOU say, not what God says) whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; … he shall have whatsoever he saith.. (Mark 11:22-24)

3. You are to bind and loosen…. I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou (means YOU) shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou(YOU) shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. (Matt 16:19) (Matt 18:18)

4. God said if two agree on Earth, it would be done for them. That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. (Matt18:19)

5. Jesus said He had all power over all power of enemy. (Luke 10:19) You are in Him.

6. You resist the devil and he flees from YOU (James 4:7)NOT what happens just happens.

7. The whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. Death, disease, poverty, destroying weather, lack, pain, fear, destroying animals and bugs. (1 John 5:19)
You are to change the things the devil brings onto the earth with the kingdom of God within you.

FREE BIBLE STUDY-10 Truths That will Change Your Life

FREE TODAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Man has been given dominion and told to subdue everything to the finished work of the cross. You should no longer pray the wimpy prayer of, “if it be your will” but command new body parts, heal the sick, raise the dead, stop the tornadoes, and command marriages to be restored. Your words are God’s voice on earth, your body carries His presence and your hands release the power of God!

10 Truths that will change your life.( click on the blue links to read about each subject) Each subject is in this free Bible Study.

The devil uses strategies to fight us, but we can bring him to checkmate as we learn about the power IN CHRIST IN US.

Lesson 1 – Who is the Holy Spirit

Lesson 2 – The Holy Spirit the Power of God in You

Lesson 3 – The Holy Spirit Our Helper

Lesson 4 – Pray Your Will Be Done On Earth Like In Heaven

Lesson 5 – Be Strong In The Lord Put On His Armor

Lesson 6 – Expecting Signs, Wonders and Miracles: Yesterday, Today and Forever.

Lesson 7 – Witnessing With Kingdom Power

Lesson 8 – Resurrection Power To Raise The Dead

Lesson 9 – Kingdom Authority to Raise the Dead

Lesson 10 – The KINGDOM End Time Awakening and Revival

This book is a breath of fresh air for the body of Christ! It serves as a sobering reminder for the church and helps us put out New Testament covenant back into focus. Grace is the opening chapter of this book. Somehow the body of Christ has allowed herself to slip back into a “law mentality”, but Robin makes it very clear to every reader that Jesus has already fulfilled the requirements of the law and shows us how to walk in God’s grace. It is through God’s grace that we can step into our position to subdue this earth and rule as kings and priests.

This is the most all inclusive Kingdom centered book I have read in a long time. “Kingdom-justice and Liberty for All” shows us that the Father has put the ball back in our court. We have been restored to a position of dominion, but many times we walk as though we are subject to our earthly conditions. Robin makes it clear through Scriptural evidence, that it’s not up to God but up to each one who names the name of Jesus, to carry out the mandate to enforce God’s kingdom in this earth. She shows us how healing is our kingdom right. It’s ours for the taking because Jesus’ blood paid the price. Robin even goes through great lengths, as evidenced in Scripture, to show us how angels aid us on our assignment! It’s clear we have been given everything to carry out our assignment!

 Endorsement

In Luke 12:32 Jesus said, “It is the Father’s pleasure to give you the kingdom.” After reading this book I can “see” the kingdom much more clearly. Upon reading “Kingdom Justice & Liberty for All,” every reader will understand what the kingdom is, how it works, how to appropriate their kingdom authority and learn declarations which release faith and bring victory.

It doesn’t get much plainer than this. Robin has made it clear, concise and comprehensive  for anyone who is interested in enforcing the eternal purpose accomplished in Christ.

Your Key to Success In Everything: Tongues!

hs

The Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues is for EVERYONE All you have to do is… receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, for the promise is unto
1. you,

2. your children, (You are children of children, etc.)3. all that are afar off, (that would be you)

4. as many as the Lord our God shall call. (Act 2:33) That would be you.

5. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall… speak with new tongues (that would be you) (Mark 16:1518)
The above scripture tells you that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is for today and is for you. It is to all that are far off. It also says it is to be received, not waited for or begged for but already given, now receive it. If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to THEM (not just some, but ALL that ask Him) that ask him? (Luke 11:13)

Jesus needed power. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you. (Acts 1:8) If you are saved, then you are called. If you are called, then the above scripture means you can receive the Holy Spirit. Speaking in tongues is a gift to all God’s children and it is a powerful tool to intercede and bring God’s will on earth as it is in heaven (Matt 6:10). We are speaking to God in His language without our mind interfering. Forbid not to speak with tongues. (1 Cor 14:39)
In 1 Co 12: And God hath set some IN THE CHURCH, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues?(IN THE CHURCH) do all interpret? But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
The Bible talks about tongues and says that all don’t have the gift of tongues and interpretation IN THE CHURCH. Often people use this scripture to say, “See? Tongues isn’t for everyone.” The reason for this scripture is for there to be ORDER in the church. In the beginning of this chapter, in 1 Cor 12:28, it says ‘in the CHURCH’ so they are talking about during church time. Let me show you in the rest of this chapter how being baptized with the Holy Spirit results in power and speaking in tongues (which is a great power).
If you look at the book of Acts, you will see that Peter knew the new converts were filled with the Holy Spirit because… they heard them speak with tongues. (Acts 10:34-44) In Acts 11, Peter tells the story again from Acts 10:34-44, ‘And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them.’ How did he know this? Because he HEARD them speaking IN TONGUES. If you have a hard time accepting this chapter, then you will have a hard time walking in the power of God, because the kingdom of God is all IN THE HOLY SPIRIT!
There is a difference in being “filled” with the Holy Spirit and being “baptized” in the Holy Spirit. When we receive Jesus as our Lord and savior, the Holy Spirit comes to live in us as Jesus’ representative.
BUT when we are baptized with the Holy Spirit, we are immersed, over flowing, like in water baptism, the old is dead and you become a new man. You will be filled with POWER, immersed in power.

Basically it comes down to this:
When you are filled to overflowing with the Holy Spirit, you will be laying hands on the sick and they will be getting healed, You will be doing things that require faith, things that only God could do.

I was filled with the Holy Spirit for about 20 years before I knew I could pray in tongues on purpose. Many of you are filled with the Holy Spirit and haven’t spoken in tongues. Speaking in tongues is easy. Just start praising the Lord, then begin to speak out from your spirit anything that comes. It might only be one syllable or sound to start. Trust God, it is from Him. If tongues were from the devil, they would be speaking it in the bars!
The devil doesn’t want you to believe in speaking in the Spirit (or tongues) because it helps you pray God’s perfect will, and tongues is a weapon.

276H (1)Psychoneuroimmunology is the study of the effect laughter on the body.
Laughter is great for blood pressure. It will make you look younger, improve your stamina, help you sleep, and strengthen the immune system. Having a sense of humor can add years to your life. It helps in creativity, productivity and motivation. Studies show that 100 laughs equal 10 miles for the heart muscles. Laughter is a 10 times stronger painkiller than Morphine. We are to be filled with Joy and the expression of Joy is laughter. God is a good God and a loving Father, and until we believe He is for us personally and loves us, we will not find true joy or peace. Emotions cause chemicals to be released in your body. Laughter releases endorphins that speed up health and immune systems. Anger causes stress and disease. The Bible tells us to get rid of anger before the sun goes down. Grief and sorrow are dangerous emotions. God says to get rid of them by morning. Fear is a spirit that controls your life and it introduces itself when you are frightened, but its job is to make you paralyzed.
What Does God Say About Joy? Joy is the solution to our problems, the state of our country and all our fears. Sorrow is something Jesus took on the cross and bore for us. “Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows.” (Isa 53:4) We no longer should allow it in our lives. The church should be the most joyful place there is and Christians the kingdom of god is joy should be the most joyful people!
Whenever the Bible talks about sorrow, it always relates it to joy. Joy is to replace sorrow. Sorrow in the original language means worry, pain, anger, and grief. These things can break and kill, “…by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.” (Pr 15:13) “…the sorrow of the world worketh death.” (2 Cor 7:10) Joy is from God, and it is more powerful than sorrow. “Therefore the redeemed (that is us) of the LORD shall return and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.” (Isa 35:10) Joy is our strength. “For thou art the God of my strength (joy) …why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?” (Ps 43:2) This scripture points out that laughter and joy are opposite of mourning, heaviness, sorrow, and oppression. “I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.” (Jer 31:13) “The voice of joy.” (Jer 33:11) Joy has a voice! God wants to turn your sorrow and oppression into JOY. “From sorrow to joy, and from mourning into a good day: (reason for joy) that they should make them days of feasting and joy.” (Est 9:22)
God wants you to have abundance in all areas of your life. “The ransomed of the LORD shall return, (God wants you to come out of the bondage that is in the world.) …joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” (Isa 35:10) Sorrow flees when JOY shows up. “Ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.” (John 16:20)the joy of the kingdom.
